Local Food Cleveland
Local Food Cleveland (LFC) is a social action network for everyone who is passionate about growing a thriving local food economy and culture around Cleveland. Connect to volunteer and work opportunities, topic specific communities, events and forum discussions. Meet friends and neighbors, trade tips and learn about workshops and other learning opportunities.


NEO Food Web is the information clearing house and virtual think tank for the Northeast Ohio Local Food Assessment and Plan. NEO Food Web provides fresh, valuable information and enhances opportunities for regional collaborations. Sign up for NEO Food Web and join an affinity group to participate in surveys and discussions about ways to advance the local food system in Northeast Ohio. View the video collection, access and provide your feedback on reports and findings, and go to the resource library for relevant publications, studies, and reports.

Local Harvest is a national informational resource for the buy local movement. It maintains a "living" public nationwide directory of small farms, farmers' markets and other local food sources. Use its search engine to find products from family farms and local sources of sustainably-grown food. Participate in Local Harvest's building process by signing up your local food related-business or encouraging your farmer, market manager, and restauranteur friends to visit localharvest.org and sign themselves up.

Green City Blue Lake (GCBL) is a community workspace where people and organizations advancing sustainability in the region can tell their stories, learn from each other, and develop strategies to accelerate the progress. Join GCBL to stay up to date on SC2019 progress, join working group initiatives, access blogs and forums. GCBL also maintains a schedule of upcoming workshops and sustainability-related job postings.

The Cleveland-Cuyahoga County Food Policy Coalition (FPC) coordinates public-private partnerships aimed at improving food access in urban neighborhoods and stimulating the overall local food system in Northeast Ohio. It has five working groups - Community Food Assessment, Food Waste Recovery, Health & Nutrition, Land Use & Planning and Local Purchasing - that meet on a monthly or bimonthly basis. Each group is working to promote policies, projects and partnerships that address: social justice, local economic development and environmental sustainability. The groups conduct research, inform and recommend policy change, and foster initiatives that help them meet their specific goals.

Sustainable Table
Sustainable Table celebrates local sustainable food, educates consumers on food-related issues and works to build community through food. It helps consumers understand the problems with our food supply and offer viable solutions and alternatives. Check out Sustainable Table's Eat Well Guide, an online directory of sustainable products in the U.S. and Canada, information on sustainable food issues, presentation kits and questions to ask your farmers and retailers.
